Cost of entry: €50 per player
Accommodation: A discount code for Trinity Hall in Rathmines will be emailed to all on registration.
Trinity Hall is a special rate of €75 per room per night. This rate is available to book for any dates between 2 and 9 June. The discount code is valid until 30 April 2027 and will be emailed to team captains after registration.

Structure and Pricing of the Tournament
The tournament takes place over two days with games from 9am on Saturday and Sunday (5 and 6 June 2027). 16+ teams will compete in multiple divisions. Teams will play a minimum of three games on each day. The format will be finalised once we have the required number of teams confirmed.
Teams can register for the tournament and will receive more information closer to the dates.
The entry fee per player is €50.
The entry fee covers our field rental costs and other costs of the tournament, as well as insurance under Softball Ireland’s insurance policy (please note this insurance only covers you for injuries incurred while playing softball and should not replace your travel insurance. Insurance under Softball Ireland is a mandatory condition of playing softball in Ireland), a tournament pack (including a t-shirt and bag), and a launch event on Friday 4 June 2027 in one of Dublin’s most iconic queer venues.
